Shipping policy

Processing Times

All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Expedited orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays and carriers also do not deliver on these days.


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that shipping delays can occur which are out of our control and liability which can effect delivery times.

USA and International

Some countries may not have all these options, please contact us for delivery quotes.

Standard International Shipping: 5-15 business days

Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimations and vary based on destination and customs clearance.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method for international addresses.

Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $75 (after discounts applied, before taxes) and under 2kg. If under that order amount or over 2kg, a standard rate of $9.99 will apply.

Express Canadian shipping is a standard rate of $19.99.


 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to item availability or fulfillment center locations. You’ll receive tracking for each package if applicable.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the shipping option. We do not cover any customs delays. 

*If a package is refused we will only issue a refund for the order minus the original shipping cost.


Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund/credit for such situations.


Delivered Packages

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We would not be liable to issue any type of refund or credit for such cases as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.
